They can also be custom carved with the eye image of the love of your life—your child, lover, best friend, or yourself. The cameo is set in exquisite 18k gold with bezel and pave set diamonds, evoking a vintage feeling to the necklace. On the back of the necklace is a garnet set into the "O" of the engraved "LOVE."
